We operate an 8 and two 10 colour B1 presses – both fitted with reel to sheet converters. The ability to print both sheet and reel paper stocks provides great flexibility.
Reels are significantly cheaper to purchase, production efficiency is improved and wastage is minimized. Coupled with a multi colour perfecting press, the ‘cut star’ significantly narrows the gap between sheet-fed and web production with no compromise on quality.
All presses are linked to a Heidelberg CPC2S photo-spectrometer, colour control system. This enables remote monitoring and colour correction of sheets whilst printing and ensures optimum consistency throughout the run.
