Sterling's world exclusive
Following Heidelberg’s launch of its new Speedmaster XL 105 on the 9th December, Sterling is the first organisation in the world to run this press, having conducted extensive tests prior to installation in November. Running at up to 18,000 sheets per hour, the new machine provides 20% increased throughput compared to Sterling’s two original XL 105 presses.
Sterling’s production director, John Pizzey commented, "It’s a bit of a coup to have the first press like this worldwide. To have it in the UK is fantastic."
